To understand Anti-matter, first we have to understand theory of relativity and quantum theory.
Albert Einstein was working on the theory of relativity in his time, but other scientists were trying to find out how the smallest particle work's in this universe and this is called quantum theory and all this was done through maths.
And then on the same a scientist who was a Paul dirac relic of X²=4 equations first (+2) and (-2) and this is (+2)² matter then (-2) will be anti-matter.
Now why we can't see anti-matter in general, there can be only two reasons that anti-matter is over or it has become infamous due to it's properties, whenever anti-matter comes in contact with matter if so the gamma ray with strong energy ends up leaving and this process is called Annihilation.
We know that all matter is made up of electrons and protons, the opposite of anti-matter. Anti-matter is made up of positrons and anti-protons, protons is that particle of matter which is positive charge, anti-proton is that particle of anti-matter which has negative charge.
Electron is that particle of matter which is negative charge and positron is that particle of anti-matter which is positively charged is because matter and anti-matter are inveted then whenever these two come in contact there will be an explosion.
According to the theory, anti-matter is the opposite of matter. Anti-matter is the opposite of normal matter, more commonly the subatomic particle of anti-matter has the opposite properties of normal matter the electric charge of those particles is reversed.
After the Big-Bang (Great Explosion) Anti-matter was also formed with matter, but anti-matter was destroyed by colliding with matter and anti-matter, but some anti-matter is still present in the universe, which scientists are searching for and in to days universe, anti-matter is very much is a nuisance.
The world's most costliest thing is anti-matter,
according to NASA to create 1 gram of anti-matter it cost $62.5 trillion, to create one gram of positron it cost $25 billion.
